Expertise
Our Systems Security and Process Assurance Services Director, Jeff Ward, is responsible for the design and deployment of these services. Jeff is actively involved in every engagement and is a recognized subject matter expert on systems security and reliability. Jeff has spoken nationally and authored several articles on these types of issues and currently serves on the AICPA’s Trust Services Task Force and their Information Technology Executive Committee.
In addition to Jeff’s hands-on involvement, our engagements are staffed with those professionals having prior experience and training in providing these services. It is also common practice for our partners to be onsite during these engagements. We take our responsibility serious to staff these engagements with professionals that understand fully the services we offer. We do not place this training burden on our clients.
Finally, our experience is particularly deep with third-party service providers, including data storage companies, claims processors, insurance carriers, and logistics management companies. While we realize we can serve clients in any industry, we have strategically focused our future growth in financial institutions, insurance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
