Stimulus Funds Expedite Missouri Refund Issuances

The Governor has dedicated $250 million to pay 2008 Missouri individual income tax refunds and property tax credit claims.

Missouri Refunds will begin to be paid on Tuesday, May 26.

All 2008 returns that are due a refund and the Department received before April 15 will be paid by June 5, unless the return required manual review because of potential errors. Refunds will be processed in the order they were received.
